We travel during winter and had to have an oil change/tire rotation on our new (to us) Pacifica while in the area Our service advisor, Xavier Maddox, was most accommodating. As we were waiting, he informed us about how long it might take (actually took less than he said) and kept us informed throughout the process, Xavier was pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Thank you.

Finnegan Dodge is the worst place ever to take your car. DON'T DO IT. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE EVER AGAIN. AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST ISSUE I HAVE HAD WITH THEM. IT IS ABOUT THE 5TH ONE. I took my 2023 Dodge Challenger there on Saturday 1/10/2026. I booked my appointment online and I wanted them to do my State inspection and I keep hearing a rattling where my muffler is. So I dropped it off at 12:30 even though my appointment wasn't until 2 but I said that's fine do what you need to. So I ... Read More

I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience with Finnegan chrysler Jeep Dodge, I feel it's necessary to warn others. I traded in my previous vehicle and purchased a new one from this dealership, expecting a smooth and respectful process from start to finish. Unfortunately, while the sales process started off decently, the way I was treated after signing the papers has been completely unacceptable. Once the dealership had my trade-in and the deal was finalized, the communication stopped. I had questions and concerns that came up immediately after the purchase—some involving paperwork, some about the ... Read More

This dealership has been nothing but a headache. I've had the same battery issue over and over, and instead of actually fixing the problem, they just swap it out with another "new" battery that ends up going bad again. To make things worse, they give you problems when it comes to honoring the warranty -- instead of standing behind the most recent replacement, they fall back on the original warranty, which makes absolutely no sense. If you're giving out faulty batteries, why should the customer be penalized? On top of that, good luck trying to get ... Read More

Noooo!!! My people, what a disappointment this dealership is, I do not recommend coming here. Everyone seems to want to help you and provide good service, but when your vehicle breaks down, you bring it in to get it fixed, it takes almost two weeks to get it fixed, only for the vehicle to end up worse. Even though they are a large dealer, they do not have vehicles to lend, since it is their problem for not having good workers in the service area/mechanics. How do you manage to be paying for such an expensive vehicle, not being ... Read More
