Took my ‘19 RAM in for oil change, safety recall, and fluid flushes. The job only took about 4 hours, but I was expecting more, so had my son pick me up so I did not have to wait on it all day. But, before I got back home, they called and said it was ready to be picked up. I wish they would have let me know they were almost finished before I troubled my son. Other than that, the work was done professionally and timely.
This is the second time I have gone to Finnegan Dodge for a recall and they did a great job. Thanks to Christina Rodriguez and Jessica, the manager.
Employees were rude and would not listen. The service department was the worse experience I have ever had when at a dealership.
Service itself was good and for reasonable prices. It seemed difficult to properly communicate and arrange service, but it was ultimately done.
The service team was very courteous and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back or refer to others.
Finnegan Auto Group is an unethical, manipulative dealership that you should avoid at all costs. They illegally ran our credit without consent—despite us explicitly telling them not to—before we even saw the vehicles we were going to be coming in to look at. This blatant violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and invasion of privacy was just the start. The state inspection was completed. I have to assume the oil change, tire rotation, and complimentary multi-point inspection were completed. However, the air pressure alert light is still on, and so I must also assume that the tech did not check that particular point. Discount Tire, here I come.
I also asked that the recall service be performed. It was not, and apparently the service writer did not even order it. Another service writer was to schedule that repair. I have not heard back about that.

Would highly recommend Finnegan for your next vehicle search. Very responsive, cordial, and professional team who always treated me with respect and “LISTENED” and understood what I wanted and didn’t want with my vehicle search. It’s a blessing to be able to work with honest and transparent people when making a big investment like purchasing a vehicle and I will definitely be back in the future if the need arises!

Went for an oil change, they said an hour and a half, so we waited for the vehicle. 2 hours and 40 minutes into the wait time the service advisor came and told us that the bolt was stripped and that they were going to cover it because my last oil change was there. Just a horrible service department. Kept lying to me when it would be ready. "We have 2 senior techs working on it"....for 3 weeks. I went unannounced and found my engine still in parts days later. I lost $5000 on buying a new purchase( Acura) with this trade in. No one is in charge here. Old school set up...I need to talk to my manager. No, manager needs to grab a set and meet with customer. My car suddenly would not start on a Friday that I needed it the most due to a family emergency so I had it towed in into the dealership. Micheal was the resource with information on my car and for the entire time, he was professional, patient and honest in providing me updates. In the end, he was able to get my car in line for diagnosis, and the main issue was fixed on time for me to pick it up before the office closed for the weekend.
All the staff were amazing, everyone was helpful treated me like family, they weren’t pushy to sell a car they let me take my time and see what I liked. From this point on they have my business. I would recommend anyone this dealer they are Amazing it was worth the drive.
I went in for an oil change and a wheel alignment. I got more than I expected. They did a complete check up on my vehicle, washed it and vacuumed the interior and also looked and found out there wS a recall on the radio so they did the recall work. I was very satisfied.

Was the worst service experience out of the 10 years of owning my Jeep Rubicon. Even though I have a lifetime Mopar warranty, the Jeep sat in the back for two months even though I told them it overheats and uses a quart of water. When they claim they fixed it new thermostat and a new fan. I picked it up and it overheated that same day. I had to take it back then they assured me that there’s nothing wrong. It’s still overheats at 245° consumes coolant.
I visited the service department, and a young lady by the name of Christina assisted me in my needs. I was 100% completely satisfied with the service that I received.
Worst Dealership in the country these people are trash at the body shop and service and Jeff Davis is pathetic how can you take a vehicle somewhere 3 time and they still can't fix it but you was happy to charge $4000 to the insurance but done faulty work but I called Stellantis and they sent me to Gillman Dodge and they fix it the first time and Stellantis charged that extra $1100 back to Finnegan Dodge in Rosenberg Tx so please Beware of these crooks they dirty and low down and yes I'm the same guy that financed that $104,000 truck ... I've been a customer since 2020 and the service has taken a nose dive. Couldn't get a straight answer about the cost and what was the issue CEL. Didn't even get a proper explaination other than the over-priced replacement. What's worse is they parked my car outside in the clear view - a car that is one of the most highly stolen vehicle in the nation. Overall they have gotten sloppy with service and communication. If you own a Mopar, go somewhere else.
As Always a good experience working with the Finnegan service department team. Good communication on service and outcomes.
It took 10 days to run transmission diagnostics they failed to contact me about problem with my truck
Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this specific dealership. I was asked if I wanted a multi-point inspection(for free), replied yes, and never even received it. The customer service I experienced my most recent visit was horrible. They moved items on the inside of my car (that were not in their way at all) and didn’t even bother putting them back where they were. Finnegan is my preferred dealership since I purchased my 2021 Dodge Ram 1500. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. My truck is complete in reasonable amount of time. I get it back with a fresh wash.

This dealerships service department needs an overhaul in how to "get things done"!! Very poor service and absolutely no thought goes into how to pull it all together. Totally wasted my time, money and gave me an incorrect diagnosis of my vehicle problem and what it would take to fix. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Greedy and dishonest. Juggle numbers, false advertising on discounts. They will make a hard hit on your credit while actively selling the same vehicle to someone else then try to sell you a different vehicle.
